USA Purchase Payment:
* We accept Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa,Discover
* We accept Paypal and credit cards via Paypal
* We accept Purchase Orders with 50% downpayment and 50% upon delivery; subject to confirmation.
* We accept money order and check payment.
- Checks may take 5-7 business days to clear.

International Orders:
* We accept international orders.
* All international orders will be handled by Supreme Shipper, an international fulfillment service company.
* Payment accepted for international orders: PayPal or Google checkout thru Supreme Shipper.
* International shipping and handling costs vary per item per country. Final costs (both items and shipping and handling costs) will be paid thru Supreme Shipper
* Shipment/carrier via US Postal Service (USPS).

Order Processing:
* Please allow 24-48 hours to process your orders Monday thru Friday.


General Shipping Information:
* Items usually ship within 24-48 hours.
* Items ship only on business days Monday thru Friday.
* NO shipment on weekends and on holidays.
* We do not ship to PO boxes.
* For expedited orders, a signature will be required upon delivery as proof of receipt.
* For orders $200.00 and above, a signature will be required upon delivery as proof of receipt.
* We are not responsible for carrier's delivery delays.
* Shipping Promos apply only to USA. Oversized items does not qualify for any shipping promos.

* Shipment to HAWAII, ALASKA, and PUERTO RICO will be charged an extra handling fee of $25.00 plus the actual computed shipping cost will be used to charge the customer. We will call you or email you to confirm these final shipping and handling charges and/or any additional charges.

* Shipment to other locations outside of the 50 US states or anywhere outside of the continental states (countries other than USA; i.e. Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, etc) is considered "international order" and is subject to additional charges. Actual computed shipping cost will be used to charge the customer. We will call you or email you to confirm these additional charges. .

* For international orders, please email us at sales@instrumentalstore.com for estimated shipping costs and handling charges.

* Shipment to APO/FPO addresses will be charged an extra handling fee of $25.00 and will be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS). If shipment cost did not show or did not add in your order, we will call you for the actual shipping cost so we can manually add it to your order. Oversize items will be shipped via freight shipment. Tracking number may not be available.

* For oversize items, we may charge additional handling fee and shipping costs.
* For all orders that will require additional charges like extra handling fees, we will send an email to notify customer and we will wait for customer's email with approval before shipping out the item.
* Customers who refuse delivery and acceptance of items will be responsible for shipping costs/handling fees and any other fees associated with the delivery.
* Handling fees may vary in addition to shipping costs.
* Availability: We have all items in stock unless otherwise specified. If due to unforseen circumstances your item is not available, we will inform you immediately within 24-48 hours via email.
* Shipping costs are estimated and are computed when you check out. We will send an email to confirm shipping cost if cost will be different from checkout; i.e. oversized item, heavy items, etc.


RETURN Policy:
* For damaged items, you must contact us within 24 hours of item receipt based on carrier's delivery date and time.
* You must contact us within 7 days of item receipt based on carrier's delivery date. After 7 days, it will fall under manufacturer's warranty
* Contact us only by email at: support@instrumentalstore.com.
* You must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) by sending us an email at support@instrumentalstore.com
* You must include the following in your email:
- reason for RMA request: (a) Return or (b)Exchange
- if you need an exchange for a damaged item, tell us the details of the damage
- we require pictures of the damaged item to be emailed to us
* We will email you back within 5-7 business days with an RMA # and with return instructions.
* Replacement for a damaged item will be at NO COST to you.
* If an item is damaged and you do not want a replacement (similar item), you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways (ship to you and return to us) and the 20% restocking fee applies.
* For returns, a 20% restocking fee will apply except for damaged items that will be replaced with the same item.
* Instrumental Store accepts returns only within 30 days after date of delivery.
* For returned items with free shipping, the shipping cost incurred to send to you will be deducted from the refunded amount.
* All returned items should be in their original box and should include all accessories and manuals.
* DO NOT Return the item directly to the warehouse without RMA # issued by us.
* Items returned without RMA # and without following our "request return procedures" will NOT be given a refund
* The returned package must be received within 7 days business days upon issuance of RMA #

* We are not responsible for items lost in transit when returned. Therefore, we recommend you keep a record of your return i.e. tracking #.
* All returns, damaged or undamaged, are subject to inspection by our technicians.
* Please allow 3-4 weeks for refund from date returned-item is received in the warehouse. See refund policy.
* For SPECIAL ORDERS, all sales are final. There will be NO returns, NO exchange and NO refunds. "Special orders" are customer requested items that are blemished and/or used and/or damaged and/or any other type of musical instrumets per customers' special request.


EXCHANGE Policy:
* Exchanges are allowed for the same item if the item delivered is damaged. Please refer back to our "return policy".
* Exchanges for delivered item to a different item will be charged 20% restocking fee plus the shipping costs incurred to ship out to customer. This type of exchange is considered "returned item". Instrumental Store accepts returns only within 30 days after date of delivery.

* We will only ship out the exchange item once the original item to be returned is received back.
* For SPECIAL ORDERS, all sales are final. There will be NO returns, NO exchange and NO refunds. "Special orders" are customer requested items that are blemished and/or used and/or damaged and/or any other type of musical instrumets per customers' special request.


REFUND Policy:
* Returned items damaged in shipment and/or without the original packaging will not be issued a refund.
* Returned items will be charged 20% restocking fee plus the handling and shipping costs
(except for damaged items).
* Returned damaged items without exchange/replacement will be refunded the full amount less the handling and shipping costs.
* Returned items without "RMA request email and RMA #" will NOT be issued a refund.
* All refunds will be done within 3-4 weeks upon receipt of returned item.
* For SPECIAL ORDERS, all sales are final. There will be NO returns, NO exchange and NO refunds. "Special orders" are customer requested items that are blemished and/or used and/or damaged and/or any other type of musical instrumets per customers' special request.


CANCELLATION Policy:
* 5% cancellation fee will apply if order is cancelled after 24 hours.
* Please allow 5-10 business days to credit back your payment if item has not ship out yet at the time you cancelled the order.
* If item had already shipped out when you cancelled the order, return policy will apply. * Shipping costs (both ways) and handling fees will be charged if order is cancelled after item has been shipped.


FRAUD Policy:
We value our customers and we want to protect the cardholders and ourselves.

We will do a manual review for orders that will ship to a different location other than the billing address. In addtion, a manual review will also be done for orders that may seem fraudelent.

We will contact you immediately, either by phone or by email, to confirm and validate your order, credit card number, billing information, shipping information, etc.

These additional steps may take up to 2 days and will delay the process and shipment of items.

Therefore, it is recommended to ship to the same billing address with the same cardholder's name to avoid delays.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if you do not respond to our email or to our phone call within 24 hours.
